Entry Requirements
English Language Proficiency
Applicants whose previous study has not been in English are required to demonstrate their ability by showing results of an approved test.
- IELTS - minimum overall band 5.0
- TOEFL - 500 with TWE of 3
- TOEFL (CB) -173 with an essay rating of at least 3.0
- TOEFL (IB) - 60 with no score less than 13
- A Level Results
- GCE '0' level English - C6
- India -CBSE/CISCE English - B
- Malaysia - SPM 1119 B4, UEC SM 2 Level English B4
- Successful completion of secondary studies in Singapore
- Matriculation (TER) English as a Second Language - good pass
Students with an IELTS score of LESS THAN 5.0 (or equivalent) in one or more bands, who do not currently meet the requirements for entry to the UTAS Foundation Program, are encouraged to enrol at the UTAS English Language Centre.
