Full-Time IELTS Test Preparation Course

Duration: 10 weeks

The English Language Centre offers a Full-Time IELTS Test Preparation course to students currently studying at the ELC with priority given to students holding an offer for a UTAS degree. The commencement of this course will depend on student numbers as quotas apply.

• Entry requirements for students studying at the ELC:
  
  • IELTS 4.5 (no score less than 4.5); or
    
  • Successful completion of the English Language Centre selection test

• Full-Time IELTS Test Preparation Course students will :

• learn about the different components of the test
• develop IELTS test strategies
• learn time management skills for exam purposes
• practice IELTS exams under test conditions and gain feedback
• benefit from our highly qualified and experienced teachers
  
  
• The Full-Time IELTS Test Preparation Course is an exam strategy course only. Students should not expect a significant improvement in their English through this course.
  
• Students will be required to purchase a textbook for the class at a cost of approximately $50
