The Tasmania University Union (TUU) Housing scheme has good quality accommodation at a low cost close to the University.
Temporary accommodation is available from 1 day to 3 months. Accommodation is in a fully furnished and equipped house - electricity included. Students have their own bedroom and share a kitchen, lounge, laundry and bathroom with other students. Students must provide their own towels and food. This accommodation is very popular. It is recommended that students apply and send their payment details as soon as possible.
Long term accommodation is only available to students living in Hobart longer than 3 months and can be arranged before your arrival or once you have arrived in Hobart at the TUU Housing office on the University campus. To apply for long term accommodation prior to your arrival, please read the accommodation information provided by the TUU and then select the appropriate application form below.

Both temporary and longer term share houses are located within a short walk or bus ride to the University.
