Foundation Studies
The Foundation Studies Program is an intensive 28 week (720 hour) course. There is a 1 week break half way through each semester and a 1 week break between semesters.
Semester 1
- 13 weeks Foundation Studies Program classes
- 1 week mid-semester vacation period
- 1 week examinations
Semester 2
- 13 weeks Foundation Studies Program classes
- 1 week mid-semester vacation period
- 1 week examinations
Subjects
All students study:
- English for Tertiary Studies
- Information Management
Students also study 3 elective subjects that are relevant to their future university program. Each of these subjects has a four-hour component per week, including lectures, tutorials, practicals and research.
