It is important that you read the information contained in your Offer of Enrolment carefully, ensuring that you understand the offer which has been made to you.

Accepting the Offer of Enrolment

To accept the Offer of Enrolment you are required to complete the Acceptance Form, which is page 2 of the Offer of Enrolment letter.

Payment of the first semester’s tuition fees and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of your course is required at this time. If you are also accepting an English Language Offer of Enrolment and paying for OSHC, you are not required to pay this amount again with the academic program Acceptance Form. Payment options are listed on the Acceptance form.

Acceptances will not be processed where a student has outstanding conditions to be met, with the exception of applicants who have an English language condition and have accepted an offer to undertake an English language program at the UTAS English Language Centre.

Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

Once the fee payment and signed Acceptance Form have been received by the International Admissions office a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) form will be issued and emailed to you. This document is required for you to apply for your student visa.

Please note the International Admissions office emails all applicants’ CoEs and the emailed copy of your CoE is acceptable for applying for a student visa.

The International Admissions office requires applicants from Visa Assessment Level 3 and 4 countries to provide a Pre Visa Assessment (PVA) before the CoE will be issued.
